OK... a fashion dilemma.. (what's new, right?...) HUGE party/show  this weekend.. It is a 45th jubileum.. and we are divided into decades... And lucky me... I get to represent the 90's. My SMARTass stylist friend said it shouldn't be too difficult for me.. HA  (I assume because perhaps I look like I could still be stuck in the 90's?) Should be easy.  Hell, I probably still have clothes from the 90's in my basement...  (OK I do, but I swear I will throw them all out this spring... pinky promise) But what is really going to SCREAM 90's  on a stage in from of 300 people? (yikes) Two things come to mind... GRUNGE.. & Beverly 90210. I was in college in the 90's... & I have found far too many pictures of the flanel shirts & cut off jean shorts..  High waisted jeans.. (threw them away)  Overalls..with one strap down.. ugh.  Combat boots...  boxer shorts.. (yep... we could wear these to the student union after a ha...

Where have I been all week?  Turning over a new leaf.  No, for real this time...    I have started 2012 with a bang. THIS will be the year I get FIT.... notice, I am not saying, finally squeeze myself into some size 6?  Ya, cause THATS never going to happen... but then again...who knows. This year started with the usual PANIC... HOLY Sh!T... what have I done to myself?   Did I really eat the entire (fill in the blank)? yes, yes I did... hide the evidence, as if that might help. HA... I have 2 weeks   5 days until a black tie affair.. will I fit into my dress?  SIGH... To be honest, this is the story of my life... before every event... just stop eating for a week or two... get into the dress...(feel miserable) - start eating again... repeat.. over & over & over. As I was getting ready go out for my New Years walk... to start the year on the right foot... My son asked to go with me... :-)   Ahh... yes, that would be ...

What a year....   wonderful..fabulous.. exciting.. (OK... sometimes a bit SUCKY..)  But overall..FANTASTIC year. Both Bjørn & I started new jobs... Him being home more often... me.. being gone more. LOTS of things for the entire family to adjust to... but I like to believe we are all happier & wiser. I am excited & looking forward to many new exciting adventures in 2012. I hope to be MUCH MUCH better about blogging & taking photos this year..  I really am going to do my best. - I miss all of my bloggy friends. :-( Hope you all have an AMAZING 2012! xxxx

Holy smokes.... I am SWAMPED.   Since I last posted we had...Halloween...  Little Smurfette... & a Zombie scaring kids taking candy..   I have been in Kristiansand  doing a make up show... & in Dublin for Dinner .. OK we were there longer than just dinner.. 36 hours to be exact to celebrate the hubbys Birthday Darling Baby boy & his team kicked  BUTT... during their FIRST LEGO LEAGUE competition... Out of 18 teams.. His team took first in "marketing"  - Second place in theory.. - third place for their ROBOT. & SECOND overall... So I hope y'all will forgive me for being away so long... I 've been one busy mamma! :-)
