American in Norway

Unbelievable how fast the years FLY by when you are an adult... Overall... it was a pretty good year... settled into my job... made some wonderful memories with my children.. and we were all healthy... (knock on wood). January...   We rang in the New Year with good friends,good food & good drink... And I got to party with MADCON... totally earned some cool points with my kids.. :-)  Eva started playing HANDBALL--- and proved to be an AWESOME goalie Feburary-    I turned 40 - again... & my babies threw me the best party ever... my sweet,sweet son- took all of his savings, road the bus into town & bought me the Michael Kors wallet I had been wanting...   can we all just say  awwww - ?  I did alot of traveling around Norway for work...  March-  after waiting a long time for Eva to start losing her baby teeth... they finally started coming out fast and furious.  she also...

So London , was pretty.much. PERFECT LOVE that city! And so did Dane...   Just like Cat's in the Cradle.. "My boy was just like me... " Without a doubt, my boy has inherited my wanderlust for sure. He wanted to see everything.. in just two days..  I did the best I could. From the moment we got off of the plane.. we were impressed with the kindness... English people are sooo nice & friendly & POLITE... sigh- we miss that. As they say a picture is worth a thousand words... Enjoy! We stayed in Bayswater area.. ADORABLE area.. clean & we felt safe wondering around at night.. Our first morning there we wondered the streets to find a little breakfast.. We found a tiny tiny... little cafe... Cafe Roma which didn't look like much from the outside...but inside.. a hidden little gem... :-) when I say tiny... I mean it... but it ran like a well oiled machine FRIENDLY, HELPFUL staff... awesome food at a great price... ...
