I am playing Black & White Wed with Lisa from The Long Road to China. Rather than TELL you what I have been up to while MIA for the past 2 weeks why not SHOW you...? For the winter break we headed to the Norwegian Mountains with another family & Return to Norway's boy Kris...for some much needed R & R & some skiing...

I am playing Black & White Wed. with Lisa over at The long road to China. & SURPRISE, SURPRISE... this week I am NOT posting pictures of Eva or our beach. Yesterday the SUN was out & the snow was falling-... Beautiful I tell you... hopped in my car & hit the farm country between our house & my office... Really, how cool is it that we have FARM country right by the Beach ? - kind of the best of both worlds... now only if I could switch the country over to speaking only ENGLISH all of the time... (I kid)

I am playing Black & White Wed. with Lisa over at The long road to China. Sorry to do this to y'all A G A I N.. but more photos from our little picnic lunch..on ice, at the beach, last week...(say that 10 x's fast) There were just so many shots of Eva that I LOVED... Although I have live in Norway for several years now, I am still in AWE of the beauty here... I am one of the few who am loving all of the SNOW & Ice (on the water). Shine some sun in my face & sit me beside the water & I am a HAPPY GIRL. Speaking of HAPPY GIRLS... Eva had soo much fun, being silly & taking a day off from preschool with mom. Check out the ice... Eva kept telling me.. "mommy, you go walk on it first!" ha. Stealing kisses while she finished her lunch.

Blog hopping today I found Lisa's BEAUTIFUL blog... The Long Road to China she had the brilliant idea to post B & W photos on Wed... to keep the creative juices flowing during the LLONNG winter months... ( realllly long here in Norway.) I am hoping she won't mind my joining the fun a day late... Something happens when the sun is shining & I have my camera... (it has been dark & dreary the past week... so this is a great excuse to go through pictures of a few weeks ago... I LOVE black & white... I have tons of them on my computer... guess how many I have hanging in my house? (3 from like 10 years ago... I know, SHAME) For my birthday I am thinking I would like to go ahead & invest in Photoshop ... I am CLUELESS...my baby sis said I was looking into approx a $500 investment.... Right? - I am so jealous of all of the photos I see on your blogs & I am wondering what I NEED to take my photos to the NEXT LEVEL. Suggestions? ADVICE?

Seems I am going through a Black & white phase again ... OH well .... the first two pictures had very poor lighting ... switch them over to B& W... & Voilà I'm in LOVE... I have a million things to do... ( should be going to bed... ) yet here . I. sit . Lets hope tomorrow is a little more productive ...
