We have had AMAZING weather this week.. 
feels as if SPRING HAS SPRUNG here in Norway.  Little Miss Eva & I headed over to the Beach to take some shots... here is my conversion to B & W.
I am really digging the B& W because you can't tell just how
mismatched her outerwear is. Lol

She's sooo beautiful! And, I'm so jealous that spring is 'springing' in Norway...but, then again, I'm hoping for lovely springy weather when I visit there in a few weeks, so let's hope it stays lovely :)

Thanks for your sweet words at my place <3. As for my Norway trip, I'll be going to Mysen again with my class to do our part of this year's info and techniques exchange...if you have time for a drive, maybe you'll want to meet in Mysen for a coffee, or something :) We ended up having some free time in the evenings last year, and I'm pretty sure I could arrange a couple of hours during a morning or afternoon, too, if need be!

Both the b/w and color photos are beautifully done. Did you just point and shoot? Did you do any kind of color enhancement? The colors are so vibrant. My pictures never turn out that way. What kind of camera do you use? Sorry for the numerous questions, but your pictures are gorgeous! I wish mine came out that great.

Hey you, Hungry butt!!!! .... First thought that played through my mind as I stood behind the woman in the GREY SWEATPANTS in line at the post office..... Hungry Butt is what my little sister & her friends say when referring to what in my day, was called a WEDGIE ..... I ♥ Faces -Silhouette... this week is a little different.. we are able to choose one photo to enter... (darn...I had two...) but I think this is my fav.... Eva out at a beach near our home... I love the yellowish clouds & her hair blowing in the wind... She was jumping up & down on the rocks (safety first i n our house...LOL) One of the things I LOVE about Norway are the LONG summer days... this shot was taken about 7 pm... A visit to the ICE AGE....

Sunday... FUN-DAY, Another family day..... Because we had such nice weather, (never knowing how long it will last) we decided to take another family hike.... (2.5 hours....) around the be ach. It is funny, each week, each hike, I see changes in our family....less whining (on my part) & more time learning, enjoying our time together....Bjørn who usually gets irritated with all of my picture taking, is stopping to find things to take pictures of...appreciating colors, nature etc. Dane is less squeamish...touching & picking up all of sorts of things he finds along the hike.... Today we learned about Jettegryter or "Stone Pots" these huge rock formations from the ICE AGE .... pretty cool... these holes are formed by pebbles/gravel being aggitated by water, over thousand of years.... WOW..The holes on our local beach date back to 15,000 years.... the kids had a blast.... & wanted to stay much long
