THANK YOU....

I just wanted to THANK all of you for your kind comments and emails last week.
I had soo many people who had never left a comment before,
take the time & support me.

Your kind words... well.. there are no words..
There were some real tear jerking emails/comments.. & I thank you for that.
You made my day..- my week & made up for the other meanies out there.

I know shouldn't let some jerks who don't even know me hurt my feelings.. but well..

Anyhoo... THANKS  again & I agree
...Screw 'em.

Tressa I don't blame you for being upset. I know I'd feel just like you, hurt by snap judgments that foolish people make. Anyone with 1/2 a brain should know that you have zero control over editing. It's become quite evident that even producers of HHI love drama and encourage it for 'good' t.v. I loved the show and darling, you looked maaahvelous and you were funny!

Sending you wishes for a great week from still chilly (at night) Houston.

Screw 'em for sure! Those people really had to dig to come up with things to criticize you on, so I imagine they just like to criticize in general, and you were just on the wrong tv show at the wrong time! I LOVED the show, and thought you were great. When I move to Brazil and we build our house, you better believe it's going to have a garbage disposal! And a dishwasher, and a DRYER. I'm glad you're feeling better about it all now :-).

Hey Tressa!! Thanks for stopping by! It's nice to finally "meet" you :) I'm glad you're back on board with CG! I love seeing different pics and yours are just downright gorgeous! I had to read back to see what you were referring to in this post and I'm so sorry you had such a horrible experience with the show. My husband and I love HHI and watch it whenever we get a chance, though I have not seen your episode. My thought is who cares what people say? You're the one that has to move and live in this house with your family. Only you can determine what your needs are. You are did such a brave thing moving around the world and away from all you friends and loved ones! I had the opportunity to move to California once and I didn't do it because I couldn't bear to leave my family at the time. SO I can only imagine what you had to go through...and to do it with kids too! I really hope you're enjoying your time in Norway, despite missing your family at home! Your photos sure look like you and the kids are enjoyng all the beauty of your surroundings :) I look forward to following along and seeing more of you and your photos on CG!!

Just wasted a couple days getting up to date on your blog! We have a lot in common-- I am also an American married to a Norwegian (14 years)-- although we live in the states. I have been getting a kick out of all your observations of the Norwegian culture!

Don't worry about the a$$holes making snarky comments on your 15 minutes....We had our 15 minutes about a year ago and had to contend with everyones opinion on our life and choices. My general consensus is that these people have never tried anything new or stepped out of the comfort zone and have nothing better to do than judge other peoples lives.

My in-laws have a summer house in Fredrikstad and we usually spend a few days there when we come to visit. Maybe we can get together for some late summer night cocktails when we visit again!

I have not seen the show Tressa, do not believe the hype cause guess what... I have met you in person.
I can therefore feel so much more qualifed to pass a comment rather than watching some show that was clearing hyped up to make it a more exciting watch!
So Tressa for every one person downing you there is a hundred standing my your side :o)
