The SITS girls are at it again....

OK... I am not one to enter contest/give aways...mainly because I never win anything... but that is OK...I figure I am lucky other ways...

HOWEVER.. the SITS girls The Secret is in the Sauce are at it again... & gosh darn it...THIS time... I want it.

They are giving a $100gift card to TARGET...oh yes TAR-JAY... (lets say together shall we?...TAAAARRR- JAAAYYYY dosen't that just feel goooood?)

Reasons I should win....
I haven't been to Target in almost 2 years.... (that alone should be a good enough reason.) They don't have Tar Jay in Norway so I have been really missing out.
After the last couple of weeks... I am totally in need of some retail therapy.... I'm Turning Norwegian.. I really think so... think...

I haven't entered the other contests because if I did win...it would be a total nightmare to mail it over the pond... but a cute little gift card... no biggie....better yet.. they can just send it to my mom's cause I will be there in a couple of weeks! (yippee... that is a prize in itself...)

So cross your fingers for me... I am so wanting this gift card... please pop by SITS & tell them I sent you!

I'm crossing my fingers. You can spend it when you're over here. If I had known you haven't been to a target in two years I wouldn't have entered....thus giving you an extra chance. Shucks.

Do they have Target in Sweden? I guess I want to know, how far do you have to go to shop at Target? Does it involve travel in an airplane?

Well you can have my entry, cuz I haven't gotten around to it and I'm nice like that. And because I lived in the Philippines for two years, and when people would ask what I wanted from home I told them to mail me the Target ad. (pre-internet) Nobody would!

I ♥ Faces -Silhouette... this week is a little different.. we are able to choose one photo to enter... (darn...I had two...) but I think this is my fav.... Eva out at a beach near our home... I love the yellowish clouds & her hair blowing in the wind... She was jumping up & down on the rocks (safety first i n our house...LOL) One of the things I LOVE about Norway are the LONG summer days... this shot was taken about 7 pm... A visit to the ICE AGE....

Sunday... FUN-DAY, Another family day..... Because we had such nice weather, (never knowing how long it will last) we decided to take another family hike.... (2.5 hours....) around the be ach. It is funny, each week, each hike, I see changes in our family....less whining (on my part) & more time learning, enjoying our time together....Bjørn who usually gets irritated with all of my picture taking, is stopping to find things to take pictures of...appreciating colors, nature etc. Dane is less squeamish...touching & picking up all of sorts of things he finds along the hike.... Today we learned about Jettegryter or "Stone Pots" these huge rock formations from the ICE AGE .... pretty cool... these holes are formed by pebbles/gravel being aggitated by water, over thousand of years.... WOW..The holes on our local beach date back to 15,000 years.... the kids had a blast.... & wanted to stay much long
