I am also mising all of my little American girls.. ( my beautiful nieces...)
I think baby sis might be missing her big sis, because today she posted pictures from her trip to see me...

GORGEOUS WEDDING PIC! What a gorgeous family too! To answer your question from yesterday's post. Yeah, we have renters in our Vegas home but they can't afford to pay the whole mortgage. So we pay the rest of it and the entire mortgage for the home we're renting in CA. Thanks for asking.

A Norwegian Reality show is casting Norwegian American's (Hello? That's me!) for an amazing race type show! I'm seriously going to toss my hat in the ring. Now I just have to do a video...hummm....

Hi, thanks for following me! I came to Norway almost five months ago, and (is this pathetic or what) I don't know ANYONE. Other than hubby's family, that is, and they're cool, but I gotta start cultivating some people. I think I've stumbled across the American Women in Norway once or twice, but didn't check it out, thanks for the info!

I ♥ Faces -Silhouette... this week is a little different.. we are able to choose one photo to enter... (darn...I had two...) but I think this is my fav.... Eva out at a beach near our home... I love the yellowish clouds & her hair blowing in the wind... She was jumping up & down on the rocks (safety first i n our house...LOL) One of the things I LOVE about Norway are the LONG summer days... this shot was taken about 7 pm... A visit to the ICE AGE....

Sunday... FUN-DAY, Another family day..... Because we had such nice weather, (never knowing how long it will last) we decided to take another family hike.... (2.5 hours....) around the be ach. It is funny, each week, each hike, I see changes in our family....less whining (on my part) & more time learning, enjoying our time together....Bjørn who usually gets irritated with all of my picture taking, is stopping to find things to take pictures of...appreciating colors, nature etc. Dane is less squeamish...touching & picking up all of sorts of things he finds along the hike.... Today we learned about Jettegryter or "Stone Pots" these huge rock formations from the ICE AGE .... pretty cool... these holes are formed by pebbles/gravel being aggitated by water, over thousand of years.... WOW..The holes on our local beach date back to 15,000 years.... the kids had a blast.... & wanted to stay much long
